You are the Co-Creator of your life

Hello and welcome back! Thank you for joining me once again on this journey as we learn, heal and grow together.
I notice many people suffering unnecessary, struggling with day-to-day life and carrying much negativity. As humans it is natural that we have ups and downs and deal with a range of emotions. The question is, are you aware that you are the co-creator, and you have the power to change your world?
Many people do not realise we have this capability and so they become the emotion and allow it to take them over, or they may be unhappy in their day-to-day life but see no choice or option but to allow life to continue to happen to them. Everything is energy so whatever energy level you are vibrating at it is what you will attract into your life. Some people do not like to hear this because they do not want to believe that they have brought any unhappiness upon themselves.
You can choose to use this knowledge to empower yourself and your life. There are simple steps you can take every day to help you shift your energy to a higher vibration. Practising gratitude when you wake and before bed and through the day at any point. Visualise and use affirmations around how you see yourself and the life you wish to create, remembering our body does not know the difference between a thought and an experience.
Sometimes we become unwell, and this means our energy body, our aura and/ or chakras have an imbalance. This can come from carrying negativity, stress, grief, and also external factors such as toxins in our food, air and water supply. My suggestion is to connect regularly with the earth with bare feet. Feel the positive energies of Mother Earth cleansing your body from your feet to your head as you breath in and feel any negativity, stress, or that which no longer serves you leaving. Feel this flow from your head back to your feet and into Mother Earth who will transform this. If you are not in a position to do this then simple deep breath work. Breathe in beautiful light filing your body and breathe out that which you no longer desire to carry. Do this for several minutes. Your body will automatically calm as well.
For the next few weeks please feel free to try these tips on a daily basis and keep a journal where you can record any successes and noticeable improvements.
You have the knowledge; you are this powerful. It is now a case of whether you choose to use it. Please remember we have all spent many years allowing life to carry us a long and letting our emotions get the better of us. Reclaiming our power is a journey, but well worth it. You can begin in this moment now to co-create your world.
