You are divinely powerful beyond measure

Hello and welcome back. I am as always grateful to those of you on this journey with me as we realise that there is much more to life than meets the eye. We are powerful creator beings who are choosing to come from a space of love and compassion, whilst choosing to let go of the fear that we are often presented with in our day to day lives.
At the core of your being you are pure divine love. The fears and doubts that may arise, you can choose not to follow. It is very easy to be caught up in world events at the moment as many of us feel the pressure on many levels, from wars, increasing prices across the board, to an increased sense of anger and impatience on our roads, in our workplaces and even at the shops.
The more we focus on this negativity the more we help to create more of it. That is how powerful we are! Absolutely everything is energy. Every thought, every emotion, and every word spoken.
A big challenge we face is how to process life situations knowing we are co-creating when we feel that what we are going through is not something that we deep down truly want to create. I have looked into this in great detail. We are often told that we bring to us that which we energetically send out, or the frequency that we vibrate at. So, while this made sense to me, and I have given many posts on helping to clear your energy, I still felt there was something I was missing. I was still challenged by situations where grouchiness or stress may arise. I would use the steps I love to share and that would definitely help, but I continued to search further. The question for me became, how do I vibrate at the energetic level of what it is I would like to heal, receive or become?
With the research that I have done, I learnt that a key question to ask ourselves is, how would the person I want to truly be handle this situation and what thoughts would support this desired outcome. This is how we change our energetic vibration to bring about great change.
For example, if you desire to be able to maintain a calm reaction to whatever challenges life presents, and then someone makes a comment that you perceive negatively, rather than react straight away, take a deep cleansing breath, and then ask yourself, if I want to react in a calm manner, what thoughts do I need to believe to support this?
Our thoughts are incredibly powerful, or they can be incredibly destructive. They are our blueprint and the choice is always yours. The example given can be applied to all levels of your life. You absolutely have the power to heal, If you so choose.
For the next few weeks, please feel free to pay attention to your thoughts. Are they loving, kind and supportive or are you giving attention to negative thoughts around your work, health, and life situations?
You truly are this powerful. You do not have to follow the negative thoughts that arise. You can simply ask what thoughts would support the outcome or person that I would like to be.
