When challenges arise

Hello and welcome back. I am as always grateful to those of you on this journey with me.

This past week I was challenged on various levels and found myself feeling quite overwhelmed and sad. I share this because we all have our own challenging moments, so hopefully it is nice to know you are never alone on this journey. I did my grounding, I stood in the sunshine, I yelled, I journalled, and I let tears flow. Several days later I still just wanted to hide and be alone.

At this point I was done with feeling like this. I spent some quiet time outside, watched the sky, listened to the birds, sat with our cat and dog and just stopped for a while. When we quieten our mind then the universal energy can flow through us. I had stopped the flow by hanging on to stress from various situations that I was allowing to weigh me down. It was in this moment I was reminded that there is so much more to life. I spoke to Creator Source and said I am done, and I hand all this emotion, all this weight I am carrying, and I hand it over. I consciously chose not to carry this anymore; I visualised handing it over and letting go. As I spoke these words, I could feel an inner power lighting up within me letting me know that I was choosing to utilise my free will, my inner power, my connection to the divine.

That night I slept well and when I woke up the next day everything went smoothly. The energy felt different and some situations that had affected me during the week were resolved. I have handed over the remaining challenges that are yet to be resolved, knowing that everything will be ok. My inner joy and appreciation returned as I thanked the universe for such amazing assistance.

My suggestion if you find yourself in a similar situation is to remember you are not alone. You have a connection straight to Creator Source, to Divine Universal energy along with a team of angels and guides just waiting for you to speak with them. They are ready to help you heal, to help guide you and to help carry you through those challenging times. Your heart is your connection to Creator Source. You can place your hand over your heart, visualise the connection and speak. Feel the love flow through you and see the burden being lifted. You have the power to connect at any time you choose.
