Hello and welcome back as always. I hope this post finds you well on this amazing and yet sometimes challenging journey.
We live in a world where it appears that many people have been consumed by the goal of material possessions, I do appreciate and understand that most of us work hard to attain the goals of purchasing a car so we can get around, a home to rent or purchase to raise a family in and to provide us shelter, however many people do not stop there. If you take a hard and strong look at our society many people are driven by greed, ego and the need to attain more. The goal is now for a bigger, fancier house, the newest model car, a bigger TV, and the list goes on.
With this increasing focus on material possessions I believe that humanity as a whole has moved away from its original spiritual connection to our beautiful earth, each other and the creator, the universal source of all that is. There is also a big split in society with the so called wealthiest now owning the majority of property and big business and an increasing amount of people now suffering and in a place of lack. The issue with a small minority owning the majority of the wealth means they now use money to control others towards agendas that are often not in the best interest of the planet and humanity.
So now the question is what is true wealth? For me personally I carry so much gratefulness for our beautiful earth, the sunshine, the animals, birds, bees and all souls of the animal kingdom that co-habituate with us. I am grateful for the trees and plant life, for the beauty of nature. I am grateful foe the love I feel for my husband and my son, the love I feel for our pets, the love for family and friends, both living and those who have moved on. It is laughter, it is joy, it is inner peace and calm. Even the emotions of grief and sadness are expressions of our humanness that demonstrate joy we have had and will have again in our life.
The beautiful part about appreciating what may seem simple to some yet is so much more valuable and beyond that which is materialistic is that you have sent out a powerful message to the universe to bless you with more gifts and blessings. What you think truly is a message to universe about what you would like to receive. This may upset some people to hear but if you truly want a joyful, abundant life you need to understand this power truly lies within you
.
For the next few weeks I would suggest focusing on everything you can from the moment you wake up in the morning that is positive. The thoughts and words you use help not only your present moment, but also help create your future moments. True wealth does not lie in possessions but in the appreciation of your moment now, time with loved ones, time with nature, time where you feel joy and inner peace.
With this appreciation in your heart the universe will bring you more gifts, more joy, more calm and more love. This in my opinion is truly beyond any material possession, and yet because of your gratefulness, the universe will shower you with everything that is truly wealthy.
I wish you much you much love and light and look forward to the next post.
