The Power of your words

Hello and welcome back. I am grateful to all of you who are on this amazing journey of life with me. As each of us learns the power to create is within us we can begin to change our lives for the better and this in turn goes on to help all of those around us.

Today I would like to emphasise how powerful your words are. We already know that everything is energy and everything s connected. With this knowledge it makes sense that the words we use also carry an energetic vibration. When you speak negatively about yourself or others that negativity is received.

I have attached a short one-minute video to help demonstrate the power of your words with objects such as water and the form it takes when being frozen down depending on the words it has been labelled with. The same also happens with jars of rice. Just by speaking 3 positive words a day to one jar of rice it will stay white and by speaking 3 negative words a day to the other jar the rice will go dark and become mouldy over time.

If our words can have such a powerful impact on the shape of ice formations and the colour of rice, then imagine how powerful the words/ thoughts we say to ourselves, and others are.

This highlights how important it is that we always use loving and kind words towards

ourselves and to others. We can still speak our truth to others but do so with love. What you send out also comes back.

Once you understand this power that you hold you can become conscious of the words you use, which is really energy you are sending out to yourself or others.

Over the next few weeks, I would suggest really paying attention to the words and thoughts you use towards yourself and others. Make a conscious effort to say nice words to yourself throughout each day. For example, I am loving, lovable and loved; I am successful and abundant; I am filled with peace and joy; I am healthy and filled with energy.

You are truly powerful and if you are ready, it is time to embrace that power.
