The distortion of our reality

Hello and welcome back. I am as always grateful to be on this journey with you as we learn how to live our life from a space of calm, joy and inner peace.


When we sit outside in nature, connect ourselves with the earth and let any thoughts float away, bring our attention to what we can see, hear and feel in that moment, this is an example of our true state. It is in these moments that we feel calm, peaceful and relaxed. This is us connecting to our inner self and with the world around us in the manner in which it was originally intended.


On our beautiful earth, our true nature, this calm and peace within, this is our natural state, and it has become distorted. Many feel separate to Universal Creator source. We are shaped as to how to think, how to behave and who we think we are as we grow up. Our mainstream news focuses on fear-based topics. Many workplaces have become extremely stressful. We are also affected by toxins in our food, our water, the air we breathe and products that we use. Lastly, we also have electromagnetic frequencies affecting us from our devices, household appliances and office equipment.


All of these contribute to a distorted perception of reality. The way we view the world is shaped on all our personal experiences. Our beliefs can come from parents, friends, teachers and for many the fear that is broadcast through the daily news. Many people have become robotic, believing everything the news tells them, living from a constant state of fear and then struggling to cope with the day-to-day stresses life can present. Some people become addicted to the drama that life may present. For some, to live from a calm and peaceful state does not actually bring them joy because they want to hold on to the way of life they have become accustomed to. Many fear change.


I have mentioned many times we are co-creating our world. We are incredibly powerful and once we understand that we can achieve great change for the better. We are all connected as well so the collective conscious affects us all worldwide. We are witnessing a split across earth right now with some people caught up in many negative emotions and other people waking up to realise they have been lied to or deceived by the media and their government. Many of these people are turning inwards and as a result they realise there must be a better way than how we have been living. It is for this reason, some are calling this period of time, the great awakening.


As more people start to question their view on reality, the question arises that there must be more to life. The great news is that there absolutely is more to life. I think we will see great change over the coming years that will be for the better. To get there we may witness a crumbling of the current systems, changes in leadership and a swing to a more loving and supportive way of living.

 

For the next few weeks, feel free to spend even 5 to 10 minutes in nature each day. Breathe deeply, feel the tension slide away into the earth, let the thoughts go during this time and focus on your moment right now. You can pick up the thoughts when you are done if you so choose. In those moments of peace and calm, know that you are improving your health and well-being, assisting your nervous system, aiding your clarity, uplifting your mood, and shining your light brightly. The more people that shine their light, the more we bring about great change across the earth. Once you have those few moments of calm, please understand that this is within you constantly. That is your natural state of being. You can choose to access it at anytime.


The priority is to start with yourself. Focus on what you would like to create for yourself. What you focus on grows. Energy is everything and you are a powerful energetic, creator being.
