Hello and welcome back. Whether you know it or not we are living in an amazing and historical point in time. I believe we are on the cusp of some very major positive changes that need to be made for the people of our world to grow and move forward in a loving and harmonious way.
Whether you realise it or not, we have been tested over many years now and we are still being tested on numerous levels. The majority of people have lived in greater fear than normal the last 3 years and it is time for us to take back control and realise that fear is not beneficial to us in any way.
We have lived the last few years being told what we can do, what we cannot do, and our mainstream news has continued to feed us with stories of fear. If we look back even further these negative stories have actually been going on for decades. I really want to inspire and encourage people to live without the unnecessary emotion of fear, it does not help or benefit you in anyway. The emotion of fear only deteriorates the body and in turn creates dis-ease and dis-harmony within your own being.
I am certainly not suggesting that you ignore the negativity going on in the world for that does need to have a light shone upon to it so we can address it and can continue to create a brighter world together. All I am suggesting is that we do not become consumed by the negativity being given to us on a daily basis. There is too much and we need to bring it to a stop. It is important that every day we give focus to whatever we can that is positive.
I know I have said it many times, but we really are the co-creators of this world. Fear will keep you trapped and definitely not help you on a positive path forward, and it is of no value in creating a better life or future.
You may wonder then what to do when fear arises. If there is a real immediate threat such as an immediate attack or a robbery, then let those senses kick in and let your fight or flight response take over that is exactly what it was designed for. Amazing strength can come from such moments!
Fear however that arises from continually being fed negative news events and stories of fear of something that may or may not happen to you are not beneficial. A good a starting point is to stop listening or watching those sources that provide constant negativity. Secondly if you are still feeling genuine fear, you do have a choice. You can live with the fear and carry the worry which does not achieve a positive outcome, or you can put your trust in the higher powers and the universe, say a prayer if you like, talk to your angels or spirit guides if you so choose. The choice is yours, this is your story to write.
I personally do have full faith in the universe. If I am afraid or fearful, I talk to the higher powers that be and I ask for protection and then I hand that fear over. We are here to help bring Earth through a great transition where the energy frequencies are becoming higher, and the negative cannot survive. The only way that happens is when enough of us take our power back and hand over any concerns to the universal powers and trust.
