Dealing with negative emotions and challenges in relationships

Hello and welcome back! I hope this post finds you all well as always on this amazing journey.

 

While I do believe this is an incredible journey we are all on and I feel very fortunate to be part of this major turning point that is happening right now on our earth, we as humans will still often go through a range of emotions that are challenging and overwhelming. We may also find ourselves struggling with communication and relationship issues with others. So what is the best way to navigate through the darker emotions we may feel and how do we deal with the ups and downs that come with the different relationships we hold with others?

 

I have mentioned previously that being present in each moment is very important. If you are not completely present, then the emotion that is an energy force will want to grow and take over. If you can learn to remain present, you will still feel the emotion but now you can acknowledge that the energy is there within you, and you can take positive steps to stop it from taking full control. You realise straight away this energy is not who you are, and you have the full power to not only feel it, acknowledge it but transmute it.

 

There are many ways to transmute negative energy. If you can step away from the situation then I would highly recommend this. This may not always be possible so please remember deep breathing will help to bring you back into balance. Grounding and sunshine will also help your body to recharge and elevate your mood. We also have the powerful tool of prayer which we can use anytime. Reach out to the universal source, God, the angels of love and light and ask for help. You can ask for the negativity to be transmuted into love and ask for guidance in your life. Remain present and then focus on what is positive in your life and what you are grateful for.

 

In relationships with others, be it at home, the workplace or friendships we can often misunderstand or misinterpret each other. We may pick up on negativity in others and feel repelled by it. Outside of maintaining balance within ourselves we can always ask for assistance when dealing with others. We can ask to be surrounded in the white light of love and divine protection, we can ask that love and light be sent to those who we believe are in a space of negativity. When going through a difficult situation with others do not allow yourself to be pulled down and into that dark place. Remain focused on sending them positive energy and visualising a positive outcome. Then let it be and let go. All people need to be allowed time to process their own emotions and energies in their own way.  You can always walk away from relationships that you know are unhealthy. Outside of this trust there is a divine plan, something greater than we are aware of and that everything will work out just as it is meant to.

 

Over the next few weeks practice being present in your everyday life and pay attention to the energies and emotions within you. Notice the emotions, acknowledge them, feel them and if they are not positive then take steps to transmute this energy. You are a creator and only you hold this amazing power.
